Job Description

Our client, a leading Executive Search firm, is currently seeking a dynamic  junior/intermediate Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Manhattan, NY.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • You will proactively identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.

  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for job roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.

  • Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Write and post job advertisements on multiple platforms to reach a broad and diverse pool of candidates.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation rates, and best recruitment practices to offer value-added insights to both clients and candidates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and placements using the company’s CRM system.

  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and motivations.

  • Take candidates from initial engagement to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

  • Work closely with other recruitment teams (e.g., 360 Recruiters, Account Managers) to meet client needs and provide outstanding service.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in agency recruitment with exposure to capital markets being a strong asset
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various recruitment platforms and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Hybrid role with 3-4 days in office, Manhattan.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
