Recruitment Account Manager (270 recruiter)

A job title often doesn’t really describe what the opportunity equates to in many case, and that’s certainly true for this one !

This role could be called many things, a 270 Recruiter, Account Manager, Relationship Recruiter, Senior Recruiter … the list goes on!

Perhaps you really love being a 360 recruiter, but would drop the new BD/ Sales element in a heartbeat?

Or, you’re already a commercial 270 recruiter or Account Manager who wants to specialise in a vertical?

Perhaps you’re someone who loves acting in an advisory capacity to their customers, and ultimately, by doing so, end up finding brilliant candidates for their client’s?Helping your clients with their business challenges and getting really aligned with your recruitment solutions is key.

This role is really about delivering to their already existing clients, and building lasting relationships with them.
