The Role and Responsibilities

• Full cycle agency recruitment; sourcing, Interviewing and taking Cyber Security candidates through the offer process
• You will be given a quota of a number of deals, either contract or perm, and the number will increase in tandem with the promotion plan that will be provided
• A hybrid work model with regular business hours and two days per week in the Toronto office (Tuesday & Thursday)

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

You are a recent university grad with excellent communication skills, ambition, and a positive/outgoing personality
