The Role and Responsibilities

• This ‘People-Developer’ will be responsible for the Professional Services teams of the Toronto office
• The emphasis of this role is overall team development and growth
• Exclusively a leader of the permanent hiring, with 5 direct reports to start, and a total team of 12.
• Headcount expansion plans are in place for the remainder of this year and next.
• The successful candidate could come from a leadership staffing role in any of the Professional Services areas
• Our client offers a hybrid work style, 3 days in office downtown Toronto

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

• 5+  years experience in a leadership position
• Ability to build relationships and inspire an environment of trust across the team
• Confident leadership experience of team members at various seniority levels, in both staffing sales and delivery, across verticals
• This is someone that is happy to roll up their sleeves, join team members for client visits, & support/optimize sales and delivery
• You will be someone that is customer centric and enables others to follow their lead and learn from their knowledge on how to find/manage and deliver in the staffing industry
