Our client is now seeking a remote seasoned 360 Recruitment Consultant, Civil Construction in Canada.

The Role and Responsibilities

You will be joining a team of experienced recruitment professionals, operating within a high performance culture. Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience and has a track record of success in a recruiting agency, who is entrepreneurial and can build their own territory.
  • While our clients’ preference is for a candidate based in Western Canada, they are open to considering someone in Ontario as well, as long as they have strong civil construction experience and contacts. 
  • The successful candidate will have 3-5 years as a 360, full-desk consultant with  proven experience in the Construction/Property staffing industry and are ideally someone more on the sales side compared to delivery
  • A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities 
  • You will use turning a candidate into a client as a new business development tactic  
  • This is a build type of role and the entry point is senior so this is no easy feat
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive/outgoing personality and a winning mentality 
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve/surpass sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Driven to continually learn and grow, staying up-to-date with industry trends

  • Competitive salary ranging between $60K and $70K base, depending on years’ experience/performance 
  • Commission
  • Good quality clients that lead to fast interviews and a high number of placements
  • 3 weeks prorated vacation based on start date
  • All necessary equipment, licenses, search tools etc. are provided at no cost to team members
  • Reimbursement of reasonable/approved business expenses such as travel, meals, client entertainment, etc.
  • Personal cell phone allowance is paid to a maximum of $75 per month
