Job Description

Headquartered in Boston, our client, a Staffing & Recruitment company specialising in the Accountancy & Finance sector is growing and is now searching for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in Boston, MA.

Our clients are Accountancy and Finance professionals who enable organisations to be brilliant. The founder’s direct experience of supporting a Finance team in-sourcing led him to a realisation that these people were the real heroes. Driving sales was critical, but it became clear that the success of any organisation depended upon the quality of their Accounting and Finance professionals.

Contacting recruitment firms in the market to help, he found the services unresponsive with poor candidate care and low quality networks seemed to be the norm. While their communications and offering treated all Accountants as dull number-crunching automatons.

Our clients have hands-on experience of leading Finance teams which enable them to offer a superior service with their ethos of candidate care is king which translates into fantastic client service. Every candidate is treated to the same rock-star standard, whatever their seniority.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Present suitable candidates to clients, highlighting relevant experience, skills, and potential fit with the organization.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • 1-5 years’ proven experience working within a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy as a recruitment, sales or 360 consultant
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
